Fanaa Assistant Director Danish Aslam To Produce Imran Khan’s Comeback Film & Not Aamir Khan

According to a Hindustan Times report, Aamir Khan will not be producing Imran Khan’s comeback film. Instead, the film will be produced by Danish Aslam, Imran, and another long-time friend.

The source explained that Aamir is not involved in this project at all. They have pitched the project to a streaming platform, which gave a preliminary approval based on the pitch, but no full screenplay or formal agreement has been finalised yet.

The film is expected to align with the feel-good vibe of Imran’s earlier works, though the exact details remain under wraps. The source mentioned that the film is not set to start production this year. “Until everything is locked, the film will not go on floors. Not this year definitely,” the source added.

Imran Khan opened up about his mental health journey, particularly in connection with his uncle, Aamir Khan. In an episode of Be A Man Yaar season 2, Imran revealed that he wasn’t in a state to discuss mental health issues with Aamir.

It was actually Ira Khan who initiated the conversation, which eventually led to Aamir and Imran addressing their mental health concerns together. “In our family, we’re trying to support each other in our mental health journeys,” Imran shared with News18 Showsha.
