Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan is candid about his personal life as he navigates life post-divorce. Following his split from Kiran Rao, and previously from Reena Dutta, Aamir has been reflecting on his need for companionship.
In a recent conversation, the actor admitted that he doesn’t like being alone and really wants a partner. “I don’t like living alone, I need a partner. I am not a loner, I like companionship,” he shared. Aamir also touched on his close ties with his ex-wives, Reena and Kiran, saying, “I am very close to both my ex-wives. We are like one family.”

During a podcast with Rhea Chakraborty, Aamir’s comments on marriage took a humorous turn. When asked about marriage advice, he joked about his own track record. “I have had two unsuccessful marriages, so don’t ask for marriage advice from me,” he said with a laugh.
The actor’s reflections on relationships come as he discusses his personal need for a life partner. Despite his past experiences, Aamir values the close relationships he maintains with his family and ex-wives. He emphasised that the success of marriages is unpredictable and varies greatly from person to person.
Actor Says It’s Difficult For Him To Remarry At 59
When Rhea Chakraborty questioned whether he plans to marry again, Aamir seemed doubtful. “I am 59 now, where will I get married again, mushkil lag raha hai,” he admitted, meaning it looks difficult.
He expressed contentment with his current relationships, noting his satisfaction in reconnecting with family and focusing on personal growth. “I have so many relationships in my life right now. I am very happy just being with people who are close to me. I am working towards being a better person,” he added.

On the professional front, Aamir Khan’s latest film was Laal Singh Chaddha, which starred Kareena Kapoor Khan. Released in 2022, this Hindi remake of Forrest Gump struggled at the box office and did not meet audience expectations.
Now, Aamir is gearing up for his next project, Sitaare Zameen Par. He is also set to produce Lahore, 1947, a film featuring Sunny Deol and directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. This project will be produced under his own banner, Aamir Khan Productions.
