Yash Raj Films To Announce More Films Outside Of Spy Universe, SRK Or Ranbir To Headline Dhoom 4?
Yash Raj Films is preparing to expand its lineup of movies beyond the spy genre with exciting new projects. There’s a lot of buzz in Bollywood about their upcoming announcements, which will explore new ventures outside their popular spy universe.
One of the most anticipated projects is the next film in the Dhoom franchise. With Dhoom 3 making a big impact, there’s high anticipation for Dhoom 4. The big question is whether Shah Rukh Khan or Ranbir Kapoor will take the lead.

According to Dainik Bhaskar, Yash Raj Films has been planning Dhoom 4 since the new year. Initially, Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar were considered for the lead roles. The studio aims to feature grand entries for different stars in Dhoom 4, Dhoom 5, and Dhoom 6, similar to previous instalments. Shah Rukh Khan will be busy with Pathaan 2 at the same time, which might make Ranbir Kapoor a stronger candidate for Dhoom 4.
Sources close to Yash Raj Films say the final decision isn’t made yet, but both options are being actively explored. Dhoom 4 is expected to deliver high-octane action with a fresh storyline.
Besides Dhoom 4, Yash Raj Films is working on other new projects. They are aiming to diversify their portfolio and offer innovative content to audiences.
SRK & Ranbir Kapoor’s Work Front
Shah Rukh Khan is enjoying the success of his recent films Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki. He is now gearing up for his next action film, King, which will also feature his daughter, Suhana Khan. The film is directed by Sujoy Ghosh. Shah Rukh will also work on Pathaan 2 and Tiger vs Pathaan.
Ranbir Kapoor has several projects lined up, including Ramayana, Love & War, and Animal 2. His last film was Animal, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
