Vedaa Actress Sharvari Wore SRK T-Shirt, Stood Outside Mannat On Shah Rukh Khan’s 50th Birthday: ‘Jab Woh Aate Hain Aap Spellbound Ho Jate Ho’
Actress Sharvari Wagh is currently in the spotlight with her film Vedaa alongside John Abraham and Abhishek Banerjee. She recently opened up about her experiences with Bollywood’s biggest stars in a candid interview.
As she gears up to enter the YRF Spy Universe, Wagh shared her thoughts on Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, revealing some intriguing insights.
Sharvari On Her Favourite Among Shah Rukh Khan & Salman Khan
In a podcast with Subhankar Mishra, Wagh was asked to pick a favourite between the two legendary Khans. Initially, she hesitated, explaining that choosing between them was too difficult. “I haven’t chosen anyone, but I can say that I went to Shah Rukh Sir’s 50th birthday celebration in the crowd just to catch a glimpse of him,” she said.

Reflecting on her experience at the celebration, Wagh described the atmosphere as electric. “I think he comes to the balcony 4 to 6 times to say hi to all his fans. When he appears, you become spellbound,” she added. Sharvari also recalled how fans, known as SRKians, turned up in buses, donned T-shirts with his picture, and celebrated enthusiastically. She herself wore one of these T-shirts to join the celebrations.
While Wagh’s admiration for Shah Rukh Khan was evident, she also expressed her love for Salman Khan’s films. Her favourite, she said, is Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which she praised for its beautiful and selfless storytelling.
What’s Next For Her After Vedaa?
On the professional front, Wagh’s Vedaa is currently playing in cinemas. She is also working on Alpha, which will mark her entry into the YRF Spy Universe, directed by Shiv Rawail of The Railway Men fame. Additionally, Wagh has ventured into the horror-comedy genre with her latest hit, Munjya.
