About The Sequel
Stree 2 continues the supernatural saga from the first film, bringing new challenges to the town of Chanderi. The sequel introduces a new monster, a headless creature named Sarkata, which spreads terror in the town.
Rajkummar Rao, Abhishek Banerjee, Pankaj Tripathi, and Aparshakti Khurana are back, fighting against this new menace. Shraddha Kapoor returns to lend her protection, with the townsfolk now calling for her help with the plea, “O Stree raksha karna,” a shift from the previous call, “O Stree kal aana.”
The film recently received a U/A certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), clearing the way for its release. With a runtime of 149 minutes, Stree 2 is set to offer an engaging blend of humour and horror.
