Rajkummar Rao & Manushi Chhillar In Bhakshak Director Pulkit’s Untitled Film, Shooting Begins In September
Rajkummar Rao is on a roll. Fresh off the success of Srikanth, he’s gearing up for the release of Stree 2, his much-anticipated reunion with Shraddha Kapoor. The first part of Stree was a massive hit in 2018, and fans are eagerly awaiting the sequel.
In October, Rao will also be seen in Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, a comic caper that promises to keep audiences entertained. But Rao isn’t stopping there. He’s already set his sights on another exciting project for 2025.
Rajkummar Rao In Bhakshak Director Pulkit’s Next
Sources close to the actor have confirmed to Pinkvilla that Rao has signed on for his next film with Pulkit, the director of Bhakshak. This film will be produced by Jay Shewakramani, known for hits like Jaawani Jaaneman and Malang. The details of the film’s plot are still under wraps, but shooting is set to begin in September 2024. The schedule will be intensive, with a marathon shoot planned.
Rao is thrilled about this new venture. The film will offer a break from his recent comic roles, showcasing his versatility as an actor.
Manushi Chhillar To Play The Female Lead
The female lead has been cast as well. Manushi Chhillar will star opposite Rao, marking a fresh pairing on screen. The combination of Rao and Chhillar is expected to bring a new dynamic to the film.
The project will be shot across various locations in India and is slated for a 2025 release. Fans can look forward to seeing a different side of Rao in this upcoming film.
Apart from Stree 2, Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, and the new film with Pulkit, Rao also has Bhul Chuk Maaf in the pipeline. Produced by Dinesh Vijan, this film is also scheduled for release in 2025.
