According to Shah Rukh Khan, when he, Salman, and Aamir get together, their focus is always on fun and catching up. “We don’t discuss work. We’re more about having a good time and enjoying each other’s company,” he revealed. Their get-togethers are filled with playful banter and teasing, but there’s a serious side too. Despite the light-hearted nature of their meetings, they are “extremely sensitive” to each other’s feelings and personal struggles.
Shah Rukh went on to say that his respect for Aamir and Salman goes beyond mere friendship. “I have a certain respect for Aamir and Salman, which is beyond the fact that I’m their friend. And they hold that, too,” he explained. He added that their respect for each other is not always visible to the public. Shah Rukh fondly remembered Aamir’s comment that if people saw them together, they might say, “Arrey, teeno toh bilkul star type nahin lagte” – implying they are not the typical star-like figures.
