Janhvi Kapoor’s latest film, Ulajh, has created a huge buzz with its intriguing trailer. Fans are eagerly anticipating the film’s release, and their enthusiasm has led to special preview screenings in multiple cities selling out in just 30 minutes.
Ulajh Fan Screenings In Multiple Cities Across India
For the first time in Janhvi Kapoor’s career, special preview screenings have been organised for fans across various cities ahead of the official release.
Janhvi took to social media to announce the screenings, scheduled for July 29 in Mumbai, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, and Delhi. The film is set to premiere on August 2nd.
The filmmakers shared their excitement online, stating, “Overwhelmed with the response from fans across cities!! Exclusive fan screenings in Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, and Ahmedabad are SOLD OUT JUST WITHIN 30 mins! Expanding to more than 3 cities! Stay tuned!”
Tickets for the preview screenings went live on July 27 at noon and were snapped up within 30 minutes. The unexpected surge in demand has prompted the makers to add screenings in three more cities, with details to be announced soon.
Janhvi Kapoor Shares Her Excitement On This Experience
Expressing her excitement, Janhvi Kapoor said, “I’m thrilled to share that we have special pre-release screenings for fans across multiple cities for Ulajh. This will be my first film to have a special preview for fans ahead of its release across so many cities.”

About Ulajh
Ulajh stars Janhvi Kapoor as Suhana, the youngest Deputy High Commissioner, who navigates a challenging mission at the London embassy. Her role breaks away from typical stereotypes, addressing the topic of nepotism head-on.
The film also features an impressive cast, including Gulshan Devaiah, Roshan Mathew, Adil Hussain, Meiyang Chang, Rajendra Gupta, and Jitendra Joshi. Written by Sudhanshu Saria and Parveez Shaikh, with dialogue by Atika Chauhan, the film is directed by Sudhanshu Saria. Produced by Junglee Pictures, Ulajh will hit theatres on August 2, 2024.
