According to the latest reports, Kartik has signed on for the sequel to the 2019 hit Pati Patni Aur Woh. Fans can expect his signature charm to light up the screen once again.

The buzz around Pati Patni Aur Woh 2 is already electric. A source close to the film revealed that the script for the sequel is finalised and Kartik is thrilled to reprise his role. “Kartik loved the script of PPAW 2 and, as soon as he gave his nod, the makers decided to get this one rolling soon,” the source told Bollywood Hungama
With Kartik’s schedule packed with various projects, the filmmakers quickly secured his dates. After wrapping up Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, Kartik will dive into shooting for PPAW 2.
About Pati Patni Aur Woh & The Sequel Details
The original Pati Patni Aur Woh was a massive success, captivating audiences with its humorous take on relationships. Kartik’s performance, especially his dance moves in the hit song ‘Dheeme Dheeme’, became a sensation. Celebrities like Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan were seen mimicking his dance moves, highlighting the song’s widespread appeal.
The sequel is being produced by Bhushan Kumar and Juno Chopra, with Mudassar Aziz returning as the director. However, the role of ‘Woh’ has not yet been cast. Known for his knack for comedy, Kartik Aaryan has a track record of hits in the genre, including Pyaar Ka Punchnama (1 & 2), Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Luka Chuppi, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.
Currently, Kartik is busy filming for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, one of the most anticipated films of the year, slated for a Diwali release.
