Chandu Champion Box Office Day 18: Kartik Aaryan’s Film Reaches Rs 96 Cr Worldwide, Rs 81 Cr Gross In India
Kartik Aaryan‘s latest release, Chandu Champion arrived on big screens on June 14. Produced in collaboration with Sajid Nadiadwala and Kabir Khan, the film promised a blend of drama and entertainment.

However, the film’s appeal primarily resonated with urban audiences, leading to lacklustre business in mass centres. Its metropolitan-centric narrative and ticket pricing of Rs 150 contributed to modest footfall, affecting its box office earnings.
The film commenced its journey with a modest Rs 3.10 crore gross in national chains on the first day, translating to an average of Rs 5.40 crore nett across India.
Nonetheless, it showed promising growth, with a 42% increase on day two, netting Rs 7.70 crore, and a subsequent 41% rise on day three, bringing in Rs 11.01 crore nett.
Despite these spikes, the film closed its first weekend with a total of Rs 24.11 crore nett, considering its production costs and star cast.
The momentum carried into Monday, buoyed by the Bakri Eid holiday, resulting in a collection of Rs 6.01 crore nett. Throughout the following days, Chandu Champion maintained steady numbers, securing Rs 3.60 crore nett on day five, Rs 3.40 crore on day six, and Rs 3.01 crore on day seven.
By the end of its initial week, the film had amassed 40.13 crore nett, followed by 25.04 crore in its second week, totalling 65.17 crore. As it continues into its third week, Chandu Champion shows no signs of slowing down.
In its remarkable journey, Chandu Champion has achieved a significant milestone, crossing 81 crore in gross earnings and 69 crore nett in India by its 18th day in theatres during its third week. Its international collections stand impressively at Rs 15.5 crore, pushing its worldwide gross to a commendable Rs 96 crore.
